She prepared herself for this varied career with a mixed and diverse educational background and job experiences. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Assumption College and also in Human Director of Client Solutions at the The Sullivan Group, a Human Resource Outsourcing firm in Savannah, Georgia and is also one of two Human Resource Professionals at the firm. She has given speeches and conducted seminars on hiring, management of people, recruiting for retention, career development and is also current Chairperson of the Savannah Office, Georgia Department of Labor, Employers Committee among other positions.
