Jan 9, 2012 – The Richmond Hill/Bryan County (RHBC) Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting & Banquet is this Thurs, Jan. 12 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Richmond Hill City Center.  The event is open to all interested businesses in the area. 

The cost is $25.00 for members and $35.00 for future members. Tables of 8 are available for  $200.00.  RSVP’s are due by today, Monday, Jan. 9, at 5:00 p.m.

Each year, the RHBC Chamber of Commerce hosts an Annual Dinner and meeting at which the ‘Ambassador of the Year’ is awarded, as well as a ‘Small Business of the Year.’  The 2011 Annual Report will also be distributed for membership review.

The 2010 Small Business of the Year went to Richmond Hill Reflections, and the 2010 Ambassador of the Year was Shirley Heagerty of S & J Bookkeeping.

Also on Thursday, the Chamber’s ‘Business at Breakfast’ January meeting will be Thursday morning at Delmanor, 80 Elgin Mills Road East in Richmond Hill from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

If a member brings two potential Chamber members, their breakfast is free.   All attendees will be able to deliver a 30-second ‘infomercial’ about their company, for their introduction, and are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures.

Cost for members is $20.00 if pre-registered.  For future members, the cost is $25.00.   Cost for walk-ins is $25.00 for members and $30.00 for future members.
