Sept 19, 2011 - The Savannah Area Architects, Engineers and Contractors Coalition (AEC) Coalition has announced that its 2nd Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Weds, Oct. 5 at 4 p.m. at the Savannah Civic Center. 

Founded in 2010, the AEC is a coalition of interested parties formed to support and provide a unified voice of people in the field of the building design and construction industry in Chatham County. 

According to board members Dawn Morgan, of Collins Construction, and Scott Barnard, of Barnard Architects, the public is invited to attend to learn more about the group, and the group is open to anyone in the building industry – members do not need to be an architect, engineer or contractor.

The leaders hope to catalysts for positive change in the construction field in the region.
