Jan 30 - Yancey Truck Centers Continue Growth, Acquiring International Truck in Augusta

Jan 30, 2012 - Yancey Bros. Co. announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the operating assets of Mays International Trucks in Augusta, GA., assuming all International Truck sales, service and parts support responsibilities for eastern Georgia and neighboring counties in South Carolina.

Yancey Bros. Co., recognized as the nation's oldest Caterpillar dealer, has been serving customers across Georgia since 1914 including a facility in Savannah. 

The Augusta location will be an IdeaLease location at 1357 Gordon Highway for renting and leasing trucks, as well as an International authorized PartSmart dealer.  As a fully authorized Caterpillar, Cummins and MaxxForce engine dealer, the Augusta store will be able to serve a wide variety of customer needs.
