Feb. 17 – Georgia Water Coalition hosts Capitol Conservation Day

February 17 – The Georgia Water Coalition (GWC) will host Capitol Conservation Day on Wednesday, Feb. 18. 

Starting at 8:30 a.m., GWC leaders will discuss important water legislation pending in the state legislature. The briefing will be held at Central Presbyterian Church, 201 Washington St., just across the street from the state capitol.

There is no charge for the briefing.

The Georgia Water Coalition is a group of more than 200 organizations concerned with water management, including the Ogeechee Riverkeeper,  Savannah Riverkeeper and Garden Club of Georgia.
