CoastalStates Bank Names New EVP

Elizabeth A. “Libby” Etheridge, a long-time Hilton Head Island resident, has been named Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer of CoastalStates Bank.
Etheridege will head up a newly created post with responsibility for loan and deposit operations, administration, facilities and project management.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, she started in retail operations, working in sales and administrative capacities with Belk and Federated Allied/Jordan Marsh in Charlotte and Hilton Head Island.
Her banking career began in 1991 as a loan processor and underwriter with Atlantic Savings Bank on Hilton Head Island.  In 1994 she moved to Lighthouse Financial Services where she assumed increasingly responsible positions.  A stint in Atlanta, GA with The Federal Home Loan Bank led to her most recent position as Chief Operating Officer for Global Mortgage Alliance of Chicago, Ill.
