Memorial Hospital’s new president and CEO, Phillip S. Schaengold has added a feature to the hospital’s home page of its Web site, entitled  “Dear Phil” where anyone – from patients to staff – can write him with an idea, suggestion or problem.

“I want to hear about your experiences at Memorial. If you have a question, concern, comment or story you want to share, please send it to me. I look forward to hearing from you,” he states.
