April 22 - Savannah Downtown Business Association Hosts Blues on Broughton

April 22, 2013 – Get ready to “Swing into Spring” with the Savannah Downtown Business Association for another party in the streets.  The spring edition of Blues on Broughton will take place Friday, April 26, 6-9 pm. Bob Margolin, former guitarist for Muddy Waters, will be taking the stage on Broughton St. between Drayton St. and Bull St.
 
 
Steady Rollin’ Bob Margolin is a blues guitar player and singer, known for his deep Chicago Blues style and creating original blues. But the music doesn’t stop there: Brett Barnard and the Hitman Band will be the opening musical act. You definitely do not want to miss the first Blues on Broughton of the year, brought to you by the SDBA and Wet Willie’s along with Coca-Cola and United Distributors.
Broughton Street will be closed between Drayton St. and Bull St. for the event. Experience this free music event with other music lovers in the lively atmosphere of Broughton Street while dining, shopping, and enjoying the thriving downtown business community.
