May 2 - City of Savannah Requests Input on Parking Changes

May 2, 2019 - The City of Savannah is seeking input on lowering the parking rate from $2 per hour to $1 per hour on blocks between Oglethorpe Avenue and Bay Street contained by Habersham Street and Lincoln Street.

A survey asking for input on the proposed change will be available for 30 days at Businesses and residents affected by the change will be given notices during this time. After input has been reviewed, the change will be scheduled to begin July 1 with pay stations reflecting the new rate.
